I’m saying, you douche, that you might as well play with cd turntables as these are all PREFABRICATED records – which for me is not a way forward for turntablism but a backward turn; it just goes to show that people are lazy when it comes to hunting for tunes to fuck up on the decks. Also, pfel is a fucking wack scratcher – this routine is more of a production battle than it is DJ skills.

and the battle weapon he uses in this routine is Flying Saucer Three.

C2C are renowned for doing that, which is why there routines sound so perfect! Most of the work is done before they are even on stage!
And jimineedles is THE best turntablist I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing! He knows his shit!!

He’s not on about cd’s!! The records are pre cut for this routine. rather than using raw/original records to then MAKE a routine!

That’s insane how he remembers where the 2nd part is on the record at 0.37!

This is great, but why the prefabicrated records? Use CDXs, much better!

Here the viewpoint from a fan of DJing… If this guy made these records, that for me removes the wow factor. I don’t understand why you would make records? If this guy made this music himself, then why didn’t he play in a band? His own music for this custom routine; the vinyl seems rather superfluous. I love djing, i like Rob Swift, DJ Radar, MixmasterMike… they all rock, but people ask this everytime i show them this video… I dunno… what do you guys think? I do like his funk though!!!
